How Customer Records Work in Advvy

Every campaign in Advvy is anchored to a Client — but clients are just one part of a connected set of five records that represent your customer relationships. Master Clients group clients into holding companies or brand families. Contacts represent the people at those clients, including portal users who review and approve work. Products define the brands or product lines campaigns are built for. Product Classifications organise products into reporting categories.
