What is an Advvy Campaign?
A Campaign is the central record in Advvy — your single source of truth for a media initiative. It brings together your client, product, media plan, fees, workflows, and approvals into one connected environment. Everything from flighting schedules and MBAs to SMD/Pegasus integrations connects through the Campaign record.
Key capabilities: Media Plan Management  ·  Expenditure Plans  ·  MBA Generation  ·  SMD / Pegasus Sync  ·  Workflow Automation  ·  Client Portal Visibility

Use the sections below to find the article you need. Start with The Campaign Record for a full overview, or jump straight to the how-to you're after.

1
The Campaign Record
Complete internal reference — every tab explained, entity relationships (flightings, fee flightings, import jobs, MBAs), CRUD behaviour, system integrations, parent/child hierarchy, and known quirks.
2
The Advvy Workflow Overview
The end-to-end campaign lifecycle — how Campaign Setup, Media Planning, Review, MBA Approval, and Execution connect into a single governed workflow from creation through to reporting.
3
How to: Create a Campaign Record
Both creation methods — manual from scratch, or converting an existing Campaign Brief. Required fields, the immutable Client field warning, and first-save behaviour.
4
Campaign Flighting — Overview
What flightings are, how they're auto-generated from a media plan sync, what data they store (dates, impressions, external system codes), and how to access them from the Related tab.
5
Campaign Fee Flighting — Overview
How fee flightings distribute campaign fees across the timeline weekly — fee types captured, the summary table, and why they matter for billing and reconciliation.
6
How to: Roll Back a Sync
What to do when a media plan sync goes wrong — re-syncing an older Excel file, or reloading a historical sync directly from Campaign Import Jobs.
7
Parent & Child Campaigns: Overview, Benefits, and Use Cases
When and why to use the hierarchy structure — multi-market, multi-phase, and multi-product scenarios, and how the one-media-plan rule is maintained across children.
8
How to: Set Up a Parent & Child Campaign Structure
Step-by-step setup — creating the parent, creating children, linking them via the Details tab, and what changes once a child is linked.
9
Managing Parent & Child Campaigns — Roll-Up and Reporting
Day-to-day management of linked campaign structures — editing independently, managing media plans at the child level, and how roll-up aggregation works for spend, KPIs, and flighting.
