How to: Upload Client Logo on a Public URL (IMGUR)

When adding images to the Advvy Client Record, you must use a publicly accessible image URL. Imgur is one of the many simple ways to host images for this purpose.

Step-by-Step

1. Go to https://imgur.com

2. Select New post

3. Upload your image (screenshot, diagram, etc.)

4. Once uploaded, click the image to open it fully

5. Right-click the image and select Copy image address
   (or use the “Copy link” option in Imgur)

The copied URL will look similar to:

https://i.imgur.com/abc1234.png

This is a public URL and can be used safely in:

• Logos always display correctly in MBAs

• Branding is consistent across emails and documents

• No broken images for clients or approvers

• Fewer support issues related to missing branding

Important Notes

• ✅ Anyone with the link can view the image

• ✅ No login required for viewers

• ⚠️ Do not upload sensitive or confidential information

• ⚠️ Avoid deleting images after publishing documentation (links will break)
