Welcome to the Advvy Client Portal
The Advvy Enhanced Client Portal provides a secure, real-time view of your campaigns, approvals, and key documents.
It is designed to give you clear visibility into:
Active and upcoming campaigns
Media Buying Authorisations (MBAs)
Campaign timelines
Budget summaries
Supporting documents
The portal is accessible via your agency’s dedicated Client Portal URL and uses secure sign-in via Microsoft (Azure Active Directory).
Signing In
Navigate to your agency’s Client Portal URL
Select Sign In
Log in using your Microsoft (work or school) account
If this is your first time logging in, you may need to request access. Once approved by your agency, you will be able to view your campaigns.
Navigating the Portal
Campaigns
Selecting Campaigns from the top navigation will display all campaigns available to your organisation.
Here you can:
View a list of campaigns assigned to your organisation
See high-level campaign status
Review timing and delivery windows
Open individual campaign records for more detail
Campaign visibility is controlled by your agency and reflects only the data relevant to your organisation.
MBAs
Selecting MBAs from the top navigation will display all Media Buying Authorisations available to your organisation.
From this view, you can:
See the status of each MBA (e.g. Awaiting Approval, Approved, Rejected)
Open MBAs for detailed review
Approve or reject pending MBAs
Access historical MBA records
Download Paginated Reports
Expenditure Plans
Selecting Expenditure Plans allows you to view campaign expenditure summaries in a timeline format.
This section provides:
Monthly spend breakdowns
Aggregated campaign totals
Visual timeline representation of campaign investment
This view is typically used for high-level budget tracking and reporting.
Viewing Campaign Details
Selecting a campaign allows you to:
Review campaign dates and status
View campaign timelines
Access Media Buying Authorisations (MBAs)
Download related documents
The portal presents campaign information in a simplified, client-friendly format for easy review.
Reviewing and Approving MBAs
When an MBA is ready for approval:
You will receive an automated email notification
The email will include a direct link to the MBA in the Client Portal
Inside the MBA record, you can:
Review media activity and flight dates
View budget and fee details
Read any notes or comments
Download attached documents
Approving an MBA
Review all details carefully
Select Approve to confirm
Rejecting an MBA
Select Reject
Provide comments explaining required changes
Your agency will be notified of your decision immediately.
Documents and Attachments
Campaign-related documents may be available within the campaign record, including:
Supporting schedules
Approval documents
Reports
Documents can be downloaded directly from the portal.
Understanding Campaign Visibility
You will only see:
Campaigns assigned to your organisation
Approved or relevant activity
Data your agency has made available in the portal

Security and Access
The Advvy Client Portal uses secure Microsoft authentication. Your access is managed by your agency.
If you experience login issues or require access changes:
Contact your agency directly
Do not share your login credentials
Frequently Asked Questions
Why can’t I see any campaigns?
Your access may still be pending approval, or campaigns may not yet be made available in the portal.
How long does it take for data to appear?
Newly approved access may take up to 5-10 minutes for campaign data to become visible.
Can I edit campaign data?
The Client Portal is read-only, except for MBA approvals and comments.
