Overview
Campaign Flightings in Advvy represent the scheduled time periods during which media activity is active within a campaign.
Flighting data is automatically synced from the media plan and stored on a weekly basis, ensuring campaign timelines remain accurate, consistent, and aligned with planning inputs.
Flightings form the structural backbone of a campaign’s delivery schedule and are used across reporting, validation, and external system integrations.
What Campaign Flightings Represent
Campaign Flightings capture:
Active dates of media activity
Weekly breakdown of planned deliverables
Media plan–synced data
The foundation for timelines, pacing, and reporting
Flightings are created automatically when a media plan is synced and should not be created manually.

How to Access Campaign Flightings
To view Campaign Flightings for a campaign:
Navigate to Campaigns in Advvy
Open the required Campaign record
Select the Related tab
Choose Campaign Flightings
This opens the Campaign Flightings summary table.

Campaign Flightings Summary Table
The summary table provides a high-level view of all flighting records, including:
Start Date and End Date
Flighting identifiers and references
Status and structural indicators
This view allows users to quickly assess campaign timing without opening individual records.

Viewing Detailed Flighting Records
To view full flight details:
Double-click a Campaign Flighting record in the summary table
The detailed flighting record displays all synced data from the media plan.
