Campaign Flighting — Overview

Overview

Campaign Flightings in Advvy represent the scheduled time periods during which media activity is active within a campaign.

Flighting data is automatically synced from the media plan and stored on a weekly basis, ensuring campaign timelines remain accurate, consistent, and aligned with planning inputs.

Flightings form the structural backbone of a campaign’s delivery schedule and are used across reporting, validation, and external system integrations.

What Campaign Flightings Represent

Campaign Flightings capture:

  • Active dates of media activity

  • Weekly breakdown of planned deliverables

  • Media plan–synced data

  • The foundation for timelines, pacing, and reporting

Flightings are created automatically when a media plan is synced and should not be created manually.

Why Campaign Flightings Matter

Campaign Flightings support:

  • Accurate weekly and monthly reporting

  • Timeline visibility and pacing validation

  • Data consistency between Excel media plans and Advvy

  • Workflow tracking and delivery oversight

  • External system integrations (e.g. SMD, Pegasus)
